It will be held at the Plateau Discovery Gardens within the UT Plateau AgResearch and Education Center on Highway 70 North, time 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Just closed on a darling home yesterday and gave my buyers $620.00 back as their BUYER BONUS!
It makes me feel so good to give something back-to help someone not only find the perfect home but to put money back in their pocket! I love the look on their faces-for some reason they really do not expect me to give it to them. When I have been telling them through the entire process the amount they will receive. All I hope is that they tell someone else. I hope to give lots of money back!!!

I get so excited when I can give my buyers money back when they allow me to help them achieve their dream!
I sold a client a piece of property-the first and only one they looked at. They did the work- so I shared my commission with them! I gave them 1/2 of 1% of the selling price back on Visa Gift card to use same as cash. They were so excited to find a $195.00 card with their closing papers!!! Boy does this make you feel good!! And what a referral tool !!!

When I go to the internet to research, where one of the best places to retire is- I am shocked that Crossville Tennessee is not number one! The place that is listed is near Nashville Tennessee.
Crossville has so much to offer! It is halfway between Nashville and Knoxville, so you can pick the big city you want to visit. It is near the Smokies, so you can go to Gatlinburgh with the family.The aquarium is out of sight, many museums,and lots of restaurants.

In the turbulent market we are in now - things must change in how we sell Real Estate.This is a no brainer! The buyer is very savvy and knowledgeable compared to 4 years ago, so why do things the same way?
I know my client has searched the Internet for homes to purchase, they have driven around neighborhoods to find the ones that fit them the best. They have researched schools, taxes and local color to find their niche. So why are they paying the traditional fees of the past?
