From its humble beginnings as a sod field in 1934 to the Tennessee Airport of the Year in 2003,to 2009, the airport facility has strongly contributed to the community growth.
Crossville Mayor,J.H.Graham III,told the gathered crowd on Saturday September 19,2009 at the celebration,that $1.5 million has been allocated for improvements. In the turbulent market we are in now - things must change in how we sell Real Estate.This is a no brainer! The buyer is very savvy and knowledgeable compared to 4 years ago, so why do things the same way?
I know my client has searched the Internet for homes to purchase, they have driven around neighborhoods to find the ones that fit them the best. They have researched schools, taxes and local color to find their niche. So why are they paying the traditional fees of the past?

FIRST TIME HOME BUYER'S TAX CREDIT 2009!
The tax credit included  in the economic stimulus legislation is equilivant to 10% of the home purchase price or a maximum of $8000. The credit applies only to first time home buyers and principal residences.
First Time Buyers Defined: A first time home buyer per the current legislation is someone who has not owned a primary residence within 36 months of the new home purchase date. Vacation home ownership will not affect the 2009 tax credit.

So your home has been on the market for awhile and you begin to get nervous. There have not been any offers, but you have had many showings-What is wrong? The feedback you get from your Realtor is very general .

As I look out my office window enjoying the beautiful blue sky,knowing that Monday we are to get 3-4 inches of snow, I still am in love with Eastern Tennessee weather. I use to live in Colorado where the saying is" If you do not like the weather-wait a few hours and it will change". Well that is very true here also. The weather is so various that you can enjoy something different every few days.

There is a Real Estate agent on every corner. What makes a consumer pick one over another? It is your personality,professionalism,knowledge and communication style that makes a big difference. I have found that it is also your ability to help the consumer find information to help them with their move, no matter how far the move may be.
