When this post was written the title was a bit tongue in cheek.  Yes CJ Realty Group properties have color flyers though the need for 16 pages of information have been eliminated by QR codes which can take a buyer to website with community informaion but the basics of a flyer still remain.
Our business cards have always been a huge hit with sellers and in case you missed the original post about what they are and how they are done I thought I'd share it with you again.

Ashland A Prince William Community Straddling Two Postal Addresses - 05/25/11 07:33 AM

Buyers looking at the Ashland community in Prince William County might be confused at first.  Ashland comes with two different postal addresses, Woodbridge and Manassas.   Even though the neighborhood has two different postal addresses it is still managed by the same homeowners association and owners have the same services no matter what postal address their home has.
