The spring season is upon us and the real estate market is popping in Wisconsin.  Sales are up and so is inventory!  What this means is that buyers have lots to choose from and are tending to spend more time shopping before making a decision.  However, remember I mentioned that sales have increased as well, so that means homes are moving!   If you are a buyer,  don't wait too long to make a move or the house you love might get sold before you have a chance to write the offer!  Remember there are lots of buyers just like you out there looking.  The best thing to do before you even start shopping is to talk to a lender so you know exactly what you can afford.  The preapproval letter is an easy way to make your offer look strong to the seller and it doesn't cost you a thing!    Happy spring and happy house hunting.  Call me if you have more questions.
