Funny thing is happening this last week in my market.  I have been very busy I have buyers that are ready to look and buy.  With more homes on the market we do look at more homes and work harder but, I have decided to take it and enjoy the experience I get practicing my negotiation skills because, the offers are more than likely lower offers from the buyers.  My challenge is to get to a Win Win.  Do you think this is possible.  I believe so.

Business planning for 2008 - 12/12/07 02:16 PM
Business planning is an on going process through the year but by December we should be evaluating our current year and planning our next year.  Although it is like jumping over many hurdles you can't jump over them all at once so working on that business plan may be a yearlong challenge.  Many thing can and will change so our plan may need to be adjusted.  Don't do something just because it is in your business plan do it because, it is the right thing to do for you and your business.  This is only my 2nd blog so I may not … (13 comments)

Focus on your strengths or what you are doing right but, work on your weakness's and see if you can make it into an asset. This is the time of year to set our goals for the next years and to set foward our plan for the next year.  Doing this can either make us excited and have more passsion toward our business or it can create fear of making the same mistakes over again.  Maybe if we just focus on what we are doing right and working on effective solutions to the things that are stressing us and taking us in the wrong … (3 comments)
