I have been asked lately is it still a buyers market?  Yes it is a buyers market in many areas.  What make it a buyers market you might say?  Generally if you have a 6 mos supply of inventory this is probably a buyers market.  Being in a buyers market means a buyer may have more homes to choos from and it could give them advantage's when negotiating.  Do remember that this doesn't mean the buyer can make unrealistic demands to the seller.  The seller ultimately has the last call as they accept the offer.  So respect the seller and consult … (0 comments)

What changes will need to be made for 2009? - 12/26/08 03:57 PM
 With all the challenges we have experienced in 2008 we arer still Here.  Amazing?  I don't know I think this year has made the ones that made it better and helped us to be more efficient.  My year will end better than I expected so I am one of the lucky ones.  I am excited for 2009 as I have made some changes in my Real Estate that have got me motivated for the new year.  Have I changed the way I do Real Estate?  I think we all have to change as the market changes but, don't let your customer … (4 comments)
