Tax Credit $7500 for first time Home buyers - 01/30/09 05:28 PM
First time home buyers could be eligible for the $7500 Tax Credit if they purchased a home between April 8, 08 and June 30, 09.  Check out the links below for more information.  If you are a buyer check with your Tax professional to see if you qualify and talk to a REALTOR to purchase your home.

Here is five tips that will get you on your way to selling your home.
•1.       Use a professional REALTOR®
•2.       Make sure your home is shining for showings and open houses. 
                  Shine Sinks and faucets 
          
                 Make sure home is Vacuumed, Dust and pick up clutter
 
                  Use febreeze or similar product to freshen up the air and furniture ect.
 
•3.       Exterior front should be inviting and not cluttered
•4.       Put a fresh Welcome Mat at the front door or door used for entrance.
•5.       Clean Entry door and door handle.
