With the market as it is why am I seeing more seller who think their home is worth more than what Market Value is? Here is what I am seeing: •1. They want to go to the next house without Private mortgage insurance. •2. They owe too much on the house they are trying to sell •3. The best market value of your property can be done by a professional REALTOR familiar with the area your home is located. Have you ever tried to put your home in an online site? I did my own home on a site and market value of my home was within a $100,000 window. If you are thinking of listing your home or you now have it on the market your question to your agent shouldn't whether you stage your home but, "How Do I Stage My Home". How your home looks sets the stage (literally) for the buyers that are looking at your home. A buyers market is certainly now known as the Stagers market.
