Four Aspects Needed in Selecting a Brokerage to Work With - 11/19/08 12:02 AM
Tis the season to not only build your listing inventory (more about that later) but also when a lot of agents change companies.
Here's my synopsis of the 4 really, really, really (no really) important criteria to look for:
1. Productive, postive environment. Now's not the time to be around a bunch of agents who are hanging on the wall next to their licenses (Thanks Rossi ). You need to be with a positive group of agents who are actually doing real work.
