It's just a sad commentary on the fact that there are those who would prey on the less fortunate for the sole purpose of lining their own pockets. Since some of our Connecticut neighbors may have been duped into joining this scam, we are re-blogging this in the hopes that it may help someone who may have responded to their scheme.
