Living in the Las Vegas area most of us know that the changes in growth have been at times a bit overwhelming,

    I find that there is an amazing energy in the city, that no other can quite meet. We are lucky to have such a diversified city, that allows people from all walks of life to enjoy,this beautiful area. I remember when you could go to Sunrise Mountain and park. (this is was where all the lovers went), to enjoy the lights of Las Vegas. Now of course, it is a housing development, but I'm sure the ones lucky enough to live there, still enjoy the view.

If you get a chance to visit Vegas, don't forget, we have many other things to do, along with the casino's. I sometimes miss driving down Fremont street, but I'm sure the tourist enjoys being able to walk downtown, without fear of being run over!

Although the housing market has slowed, I'm proud to offer my Staging Talents to sellers and buyers alike. I believe during this down market, it is even more important to show off your homes, to stand above the rest. Realtor's and private sellers, need to detail there homes, just like they would detail their cars before selling.
