I looked at the mls today and found out that there are 4 homes on the market.
The least expensive is listed at $199,900 for a 2 bedroom townhome . The average price is $214196 and highest price is $224,900. These homes have been on the market for an average of 81 days.

I have been thinking of getting Open House flags as they are more environmentally friendly. It will also save me a lot of time on weekends as I do not have to get balloons. It will be less expensive in the long run.
I have seen some agents in our area use flags and I went to an open house this weekend and spoke to the agent. It seems their office ordered in bulk so they got a good price.

Monday Morning Motivator. Mother Nature. - 04/27/09 06:21 AM
On my recent trip to India, we stayed at a nice place on a beach for a couple of nights. This is located in the countryside and not yet commercialized. We had a room with the view of the beach and it is so quiet and peaceful. You can sit on the balcony for hours and just watch the world go by.

I always thought  Easter candy and eggs is for kids. I was talking to an older  client today and she said "Hope the Bunny is good to you, " then she told me that her daughter always gets her  Easter candy.
I thought of some of the seniors whom I know who would probably appreciate a small Easter basket, so I have decided to go and deliver a dozen Easter baskets with candy tomorrow.
This is a good opportunity to reach out to someone and deliver an Easter basket with goodies.

Stover Mill, Country Crossing  and Heritage Creek are scheduled for April 7 and April 9.
Creekwood, Sovereign Esttaes,Bridge Valley,Deer Run,Eagle Court,Country Vlub 11 , Country club Knoll are scheduled for April 13-14.
