I came across a service called Eyejot.
Eyejot offers us the ability to communicate easily with our clients by using video email .
All you need is a webcam and free eyejot account There is also a paid version with more  features.
Eyejot supports itunes and myspace.
You record a short message and it will be stored on eyejot which will send an email to the recipient .When they click on it,  the video message will be played. They do not have to register for it.

Warwick township requires residents to get permits for certain renovations  and things like a new fence, deck  or shed .

It has updated forms and permit applications for 2010. Also before you sell your home you need to get sprinkler certification and Use and Occupancy permit. Before you set up appointment for the inspection check the requirements and do all that is necessary.

50 have atleast a one car garage
38 have a basement

45 homes are priced at $300k or less.
22 homes are condos.
12 homes are in 55plus communities.

I advice sellers on staging the home and clearing clutter and cleaning the house before it goes on the market. Sellers usually request advance notice for showings and most of the time we are able to honor their request.
Sometimes buyers come from out of town and the agent may nor have enough time to give notice, sometimes while looking at  other homes  in the area the buyers  may see your  home they  from the outside and ask the agent if they can see it.

I have been working with a few buyers recently and when I call to make an appointment some of the homes are already under contract.
I find that homes in all price range are selling if priced right.
I have  clients I am working with and they wanted to make an offer on a house they liked but when I called today the agent said it is under contract. I am as disappointed as they are and it will take time finding a similar home. Inventory is low as sellers do not like to list in the winter .

If you own a dog and are looking for a great place to walk the dog , you can go to Warminster, Bucks County. They have a wonderful park. You need to get a pass and also sign a release of liability form.
Location Warminster Community Park, 300 Veterans way , Warminster.
