Here are some tips to reduce the likelihood of heat related illnesses :
1. Drink plenty of water. Caffeine can dehydrate you.
2.Do not leave pets or kids in the car when you go shopping .
3.Close blinds and shades during the day.
4.Use sunscreen and sunglasses when outdoors.
5.Wear loose fitting clothes .
6.If you know of senior citizens living alone check on them to make sure they are OK.
7. If it is too hot and you do not have an airconditioner keep fans running or go to public places where there is airconditioner.

Those who have cards they want to sell can sell it here. Sellers pay to mail the unwanted cards. Cards must be worth at least $25/
There is no shipping cost for buyers.
Recent cash offer for a $100/ Target card was $92/ Recent sale price was $97/

Sellers are so excited when they receive an offer on their home that they do not read it carefully.
If you do not understand the agreement you should consult an attorney.
In some states they have a mandatory attorney review period.
Some of the items to look for
1. Purchase price to see if you need to bring money to settlement.The agent will give you a net sheet.Do you have  home equity loans? Please take it into consideration.

3. Inspection contingency

Home buyers are so excited at the thought of buying a home that they have unrealistic expectations.
I have had many buyers who all use the same phrase  themselves, that they have ' Champagne  taste on a Beer Budget.'
When you go to look for homes it is a good idea to first sit down with your agent and give the agent a list of   ' Must Have' items and items that would be 'nice to have '.

Sellers sometimes list with an agent based on friendship, or because a friend mentioned their name. Sometimes they list with the first agent they talk to at the office where the agent may be on floor time.
When you list with an agent other agents will call the Office or agent for appointments.
Please ask the agent how it will be handled. If all calls for appointment have to be  made to the agent , it may be difficult if the agent does not answer the phone, does not return phone calls etc.

All you have to do is upload your photos, write the address and short message and click
It costs $1.50 per card . They print the cards and mail it for you any where in the world.. There is a discount if you pay in advance and buy a certain number of cards. It is $1.00 per card.
You can earn Delta Sky miles on your purchases.
This is great when you go on vacation and do not have time to go to the post office and you can be  in the pictures.

I work with both buyers and sellers unlike some agents who only list homes so I understand the problems Buyer's agent have. Sometimes we show homes all day and buyers come late for an appointment or take too much time at one house and we are running late for the next appointment. Sometimes the buyers look at the house from the out side and say they do not want to go in. The sellers may be waiting in the house to let you in . But there are some things we should do when showing houses

The lowest sale price in Warminster was $127,000
The lowest sale price in Warrington township was $159,000 for a 3 bedroom townhouse in Willow Knoll
The lowest price in Warwick was $217,000 for a 3 bedroom townhouse in Mill Ridge.
The lowest price in Doylestown was $$36,000 for a mobile home
