I read a great post this morning by Wallace Gibson about agents taking photos of tenant's belongings read it here http://actvra.in/wv2
I started thinking of how buyers bring cameras to showings and take photos of homes that they preview..
When agents list a home for sale  they get the owner's permission to take photos and to advertise them on the internet. I was to list a home for two million dollars a few years ago just before the market turned and was wondering how to take photos without showing the expensive items on the internet. February 25, My parents wedding Anniversary Date. - 02/25/12 11:58 AM
My Parents were married for almost 60 years. I had told my parents we should celebrate their 60th anniversery by inviting all our close relatives but my Father passed away 4 months before the 60th anniversery a year and half ago. Is it very difficult to sell a house next to a cemetery ?
I saw this question on one of the real estate sites. I have had three experiences showing homes next to cemeteries and in all cases the buyers did not buy the house though they loved it.
One of the houses was a luxury home. The wife was a doctor and the husband an engineer. Both of them loved the house.  The wife,( the doctor) did not mind the location but the husband did not want to buy a house next to the cemetary. They are Asians. They believed … (67 comments)

What causes  a home that was under contract to come back on the market ?
Once a home is under contract we mark it as pending in the multiple listing . Some agents even post a sign rider showing it is under contract but in recent times many homes have been coming back on the market.
There can be many reasons why the home comes back on the market.
 When the buyer makes the offer to purchase there are several contingencies . The most common ones are the inspection contingency clause and mortgage contingency clause.

Doylestown is a wonderful place to live. There are homes in all price ranges . People love to live in Doylestown. There are parks,museums and good transportantion. You can take the transbridge bus to New York from Doylestown. There is a tran station from where you can take train to Philadelphia and to the International airport. I looked up the mls this morning to look at real estate activity in Saxony Manor.
There is one unit for rent. It has one bedroom and is listed at $895.
There is one unit for sale listed at $105,000. It has one bedroom. Taxes are $1746 and condo fee is $132.
There are two homes under contract. One was listed for $109,900 and the other for $127,900.
One home sold in last six months. It sold for $110,000 in 117 days.

I have a great listing in Meadowood Condos in Warminster. It is a two bedroom, two baths condo on Second floor.  It is listed for $129,000.The price is perfect for first time buyers. However signs are not allowed and if I have an open house prospects will not be able to gain access into the building because they need keys to get in.

Buyers typically want to see homes on the weekend. Now that spring market is here buyers have started looking at homes.
It is difficult to know in advance who will eventually buy because there are some buyers who are waiting for the market to bottom out .
