Barbara wrote a marketing plan and followed up with me a few times to see what I was doing to market to Seniors.

There are different floor plans. I looked up the mls this morning and 7 homes listed for sale. They range in price from $379000 to $529,900 for a home with finished walk out basement.
There are some great buys in Woodfield estates. There was one sale in last six months. It sold for $483,000.

I have been associated with some wonderful pet owners on Active Rain. I do not have a pet right now . When I was young we had a dog that was killed because he ran out the door and got hit by a car . My brothers and I still talk about the dog. Unfortunately I do not have a picture .

Heritage Creek Condos in Warwick township is a wonderful active adult community. They have a 15000 square ft clubhouse with indoor pool,sauna  craft room, billiards,exercise room,banquet hall and it offers lots of activities. There is an outdoor pool, tennis courts and bocce courts.

Heritage Creek Condos are a wonderful 55plus community in Warwick township, Bucks County.
There are some units with a garage.
People love to live there because of the activities, like aquatic exercises, yoga, travel club,chorus, crafts,cards and other social events. They have indoor and outdoor pools, sauna,whirlpool, tennis courts. There is a golf course nearby within walking distance.
I was the buyer agent for buyers of a beautiful two bedroom, two bath condo on second floor.

Warminster is a great place to live. There are homes in all price ranges. There are many parks, a golf course, a Senior Center and a Park for Dogs.
The park is located at 300 Veterans Way, and is located in center of Warminster Community park. There are two  separate fenced in areas for dogs based on size of dog.
Access cards are required. You need to fill out an application, have proof of immunization and dog license. The fee for residents is $25 and for non residents is $35.

The USDA financing program is not common because of guidelines for location of the property and income guidelines but if you are among the fortunate ones to qualify for the program and can find a property that qualifies , this is a great program. The property should be located in a rural area as defined by USDA.
