I looked up Trendmls this morning for active adult communities in Bucks County which have homes listed under $300,000
There are 88 active listings in 55plus communities under $300,000. These are listed with different real estate companies.
Bensalem : Chancellor Glen . There is a twin home with 2 bedrooms,2.5 baths 7 year old with a garage . Listed at $249,475. There are 6 listings in there ( different prices)
Bristol boro : Villas at Riverview 2 bedroom,2 baths, $280,000 , 11 year old
Bristol township :Hearthstone $160,000

Village of Neshaminy Falls offers new and resale homes for active adults over age 55.
It has an elegant clubhouse that offers lots of activities,fitness room, library, etc
There is a heated swimming pool . The community is convenient to Montgomery Mall and major highways.
I looked up the mls this morning and found 28 homes listed. The lowest price is in the $30ks.
There is new home listed for $78,900 There is a 3 bedroom new home for $119,000.

Heritage Creek Condos in Warwick township is a wonderful active adult community. They have a 15000 square ft clubhouse with indoor pool,sauna craft room, billiards,exercise room,banquet hall and it offers lots of activities. There is an outdoor pool, tennis courts and bocce courts.
I recently sold a (was the buyers agent ) 2 bedroom condo on Knox Court that settled in April 2012.
I looked up the mls to see the market trend in Knox court condos in Heritage Creek.

The lowest price is $215,000 for a 2 bedroom,2 baths condo. The taxes are listed at $4129 . It is 8 years old .There is a 2 bedroom unit with family room listed at $245,000
