based on information in multiple listing, there were 14 homes that went under contract for sale in Buckingham in September 2007. These were priced between $348,900 and $799,000. The average price was $498,115 and they were on the market for an average of 67 days. ( the number of days from listing contract to time it went under contract for sale. ) these do not include sale by owners and new construction not listed in mls.

Based on information in TREND our multiple listing service, there were 37 homes that settled in August 2007. the average price was $674,989 , the low price was $190,000 and the high price was $1,500,000. these were on the market for an average of 60 days and do not include homes not listed in mls.
There are 24 homes under contract for an average price of $583,479 , with low price of $339,975 and high price of $1475,000 and days on market of 62.

Central Bucks has an area of 122 sq miles and the population is over 101,000. The district is made up of the following municipalities , Buckingham, Chalfont,(Boro), Doylestown( Boro and Twp,) New Britain Boro and twp),Plumstead,Warrington,Warwick township
There are houses in all price ranges. From 3 Bedroom town homes in low 200s to new single homes for more than a million dollars and everything in between. There are some 55plus communities as well. There are 1 and 2 bedroom condos also available.
There is plenty of shopping, fine restaurants and fast food restaurants, museums, parks and recreation.
