Bucks County has homes in all price ranges. I looked up the residential sales in May 2010 in some of the townships in Bucks County.
The lowest sale price in Warminster was $127,000
The lowest sale price in Warrington township was $159,000 for a 3 bedroom townhouse in Willow Knoll
The lowest price in Warwick was $217,000 for a 3 bedroom townhouse in Mill Ridge.
The lowest price in Doylestown was $$36,000 for a mobile home
The lowest sale price in Buckingham was $180,000
The lowest sale price in Hilltown was $19,000 for a mobile home.

There are 200 active residential listings in Buckingham township, based on information in multiple listing. This does not include multi units etc. The homes are located in Central Bucks School district. www.cbsd.org

Bucks County , Pa . Homes that did not sell.
I looked up the multiple listing for residential listings only, (not multi units, rentals, land or homes not listed in mls)
There are 1286 expired listings as of today.
512 listings expired but were relisted.
There were 3444 homes that sold .
Looking at expired listings, I saw that some of the reasons they did not sell.
1. overpriced
2.were difficult to show.
3.some went to foreclosure
There were not enough buyers for all the homes that were on the market.

There are various categories ages 12 and under , student ages 13 to 18 , traditional,amateur and unusual 3d creations etc. Over $3400 in cash prizes will be awarded. The gingerbread houses will be displayed from November 21 to January 8.

Willow Knoll in Warrington Bucks County comprises townhomes and duplexes. They are spacious and have lots of storage. There are various floor plans.
Some duplexes have garages and they are easy to rent because of the location.They are located off route 611 and easy access to the turnpike. There is a shopping center at the entrance to the development.
I looked up the mls this morning for townhomes and was pleasantly surprised at the statistics .

This does not include homes not listed, new construction not reported and commercial and multi units.
There were 10 settlements in August. The average price was $328,330 , the highest sold price was $575,00 and the lowest price was $154,999. The homes were on the market for an average of 60 days, the number of days from listed date to date it went under contract for sale.

I looked up the multiple listing today and found 6 single homes under $200k. The least expensive is a 3 bedroom home listed at $168,000.
There are 104 single homes in Bristol township priced upto $200k.

2 have 2 bedrooms, 64 have 3 bedrooms,and 28 have 4 bedrooms.

I looked up the multiple listing for homes in Pennsbury School district. This is a buyers market and I found 14 homes priced under $200,000.
They all have 3 bedrooms . Some have a garage . They all have nice yard.
The least expensive single home is a 3 bedroom home in Levittown for $173,000.
There is a home in Fairless Hills for $174,900 and a 3 bedroom home in Morrisville for $195,900.
Pennsbury is a great school district.
