I looked up the mls for Residential listings that sold in July 2011. This is what I found:
There were 7 homes that sold in July 2011.
The average original price of these homes was $465,386
The average last list price of these was $459,529
The average sale price was $413,986
Highest sale price was $910,000
Lowest sale price was $185,000
The average  number of days the homes were marketed was 101
The above does not include commercial, multi units and sale by owner and homes not listed.It is subject to errors and omissions.
