The drop in oil prices, the strenthening of the dollar, the drop in commodities like gold, silver, wheat, rising unemployment and now the lack of inflation are driving interest rates down. Rates are now 6 1/8 for good credit for 30 years and the outlook is for more decreases into the upper 5's. Tell buyers to buy and past customers to buy/refinance or invest in real estate. Most wealthy people made their money by investing in real estate. Make it happen!;)
