Busy day today, following up on the customers who came to our open house at 1 Hedges in Bella Vista, AR.  Tried to contact an expired listing but couldn't dig up the phone number so I settled for an letter of introduction.  I will have to cruise the area in a couple of days to see if I can make contact.

Mary had floor duty today and was contacted by a young couple that needs to rent something in the Bentonville area.  They told her they had already talked to several realtors who didn't want to help them.  Commission on a rental under $1000 per month is between $50 to $100 split that with your broker and now we are talking big bucks. Mary told them to stop by the office and she see what she could find them.  

They arrived at our office and spent 20 minutes or so going over the MLS to come up with 3 or 4 possibilities.  She picked the best one for them to look at first.  We got in our car and they in theirs and showed it.  They loved it, the price was right and the tri-plex was really nice.  So we took them to the listing office and turned them over to them.  They were very happy that we took the time to help them.  Hopefully with a few gentle touches they will produce a baby lead.  Bottom line Mary took the time to help them when other agents turned away.
