We had a great turn out at our open house in Bella Vista. People were actually signing our sign in sheet. We got a request to visit one of our guest's home to talk to them about listing their home. Another guest would like one of our bankers to call them tomorrow to get them pre-approved. The open house was officially over at 3 pm but due to popular demand we stayed until almost 5 pm. Friday.... is this the end of the week or just another day in the life of a Realtor. We completed 3 of 4 closings scheduled for this week. The 4th one should... ssshhhooouuulllddd... close first part of next week. One contract accepted and one terminated due to a bad inspection. The inspector was great, the house was not satisfactory. Saturday, start of the next week or just a day to finish out last week? Floor duty in the morning for Mary, then show property in the afternoon.
