Something happend this weekend that really bugs me. I listed a home, AS-IS. The home is in good shape just needs updating. The comps in the area are good. AS-IS homes in my clients condition are flying off the market at 75k easy. Complete rehabs wanting a quick sale fly off at 125k (5 comments)

Customer service is number one in my eyes. Service sells more than pretty pictures painted by a hungry salesperson. I believe in delivery the best service possible and exceeding my client's needs. With that being said, I have a closing coming up. My client is relocating. She lives 2 two states (6 comments)

everyday i check the expired listings and i wonder....WHY AREN'T AGENTS JUST REFERRING!!! AGENT OUTSOURCING is what i call it. if i have a client that is not selling for whatever reason be it price, my inventory is so big that i can't give the appropriate attention needed to get listing (3 comments)
