Customer service is number one in my eyes. Service sells more than pretty pictures painted by a hungry salesperson. I believe in delivery the best service possible and exceeding my client's needs. Ya know, I can't figure for the life of me why a listing agent would start marketing a property before it is ready. Ugggh, this bugs me and is quite embarrassing.
