I have included new foreclosure listings and price reductions that would normally be part of the foreclosure newsletter in place of top 10's. We are still seeing a great deal of activity in the market. Well priced listings, especially REO's and Short Sales, are experiancing somewhat of a sellers market; good deals are bringing multiple offers and escalation clauses, something we haven't seen for quite a while.
