This has been left imprinted in my brain for a few days now after swimming in the sea of Real Estate websites and individual office listings.  Why?  Because I like to know who I work with. 
When a Realtor calls and asks for us to meet with them at a home to discuss our services I always try to do some background research on the person I am about to meet. Such as: are they a Broker, Realtor or the Financing Company (bank)?  Are they the Office Manager, or just the Receptionist?  You get the idea.
