This family home in Encino, CA is located on a quiet, tree lined street. Has an ample sized back yard, but a very "odd" floor plan.  Or that is how it was explained to us by the Listing Realtor when Platinum Home Staging, Inc.  was called in to Stage this home.  If a seasoned Realtor, who sees hundreds of homes thought that it had a challenging floor plan, then just consdier what prospective buyers might think! 
This Developer and Realtor KNEW that Staging this Encino home would be key to a quick sale.

So you have used a Home Stager in the past, That's GREAT!  But are they still in business?
In recent weeks our Company has been in contact with MANY Realtors in the Ventura and Los Angeles County areas and we are thrilled to hear that so many of them have used a Home Stager in the past.  But what about the present?

Recently I had a very frank phone call with a local Realtor Friend whom does a large volume in our area and we often "bounce" ideas off each other in regards to business, marketing, blogging, etc.  Even though we speak frequently, I asked him point blank during the conversation, "Since you know all the benefits of my Industry (Home Staging) why is it that you've never used one?"  His reply was simply, "...because some Home Owners get offended when you tell them their house looks like cr*p."

This home is located in a VERY exclusive gated community ~ so exclusive that most people in the Los Angeles area have never even heard of it unless they have been invited behind the gates by a resident.  Most homes in this community range between $4M - $15M, ultra tight gate security and fantastic schools. So one would think that any buyer would jump on a home listed UNDER $2M?! Right?! 
The golden rule of Real Estate: buy the least expensive house in the best neighborhood

Getting Buyers to be interested in a 700 square foot bungalow is hard enough. 
Getting buyers to be able to envision how  ANYthing can possibly fit into just 700 square feet and still be livable is also hard.
Getting Buyers to see that it can all be done, and with STYLE is where a Professional Home Stager will put your listing over the top and will actually entice Buyers to WANT to come see your bungalow listing!
ALL 700 square feet of it!
