In a current time when it seems that everyone has tightened up their belts due to the volatile stock market, corporate bail outs, elections and whatnot. It seems that everyone is holding on to every last penny is preparation for the sky to fall.
But yesterday I received the kindest, most rewarding voice mail I had ever received to date from someone I have never met, never spoken to, never even knew his name. The Update on the following RANT; The following home was vacant and on the market for over 7 month. After our Staging Consultation on June 12, 2008, they DID repaint the interior and follow some other suggestions which were made - as of today, June 26, 2008 - it is NOW IN ESCROW.
A little Professional Home Staging ADVICE can go a l-o-n-g way!

So many today are out for themselves, trying to earn the "quick buck" regardless of the ramifications or how it is perceived in regards to business. A penny earned, is a penny earned - right?
