I met a wonderful mother of four wonderful kids yesterday.  She asked when would be a good time to become a Realtor?  She was interested because her family had been in the escrow business for many years.
My response was that NOW is the best time in my opinion.  Why?  Why would now be a good time considering that with the state of the real estate market the way it is?  My response again was exactly for the same reasons you just said.

With the current state of affairs the way they are in the Real Estate Market, it's more important than ever to work together as a collective group of Realtors.
This means when we have a listing, we share them immediately.  We get them out there.  We work out circle first of course, then if that doesn't work, we present the listing to people outside the circle.
Keeping in touch with Realtors showing your listing is a priority.  Sending a thank you card, calling back for feedback so if there are things that are of concern you can correct them quickly for … (0 comments)
