staging homes: STAGE YOUR HOME TO SELL - 04/18/10 08:44 PM
There is no better title that I can think of than this....STAGE YOUR HOME TO SELL!!!! The message is clear and simple, the results are dramatic and the time your home sits on market makes all the difference in the world!
Staging is not out of reach for sellers and it is unfortunate that sellers and realtors are not educated in the TRUE COSTS of properly staging a home, because in the long run it could costs sellers THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS IN PRICE REDUCTIONS!
Decluttering along IS NOT STAGING, as I have mentioned several times over the past several years. It … (6 comments)

staging homes: Staging Homes in NJ, All Homes Large AND SMALL, The Team of ReStyled to Sell will Bring Grandeur to Them ALL!! - 12/11/09 06:38 PM
How important is it for you to stage your home PRIOR TO LISTING?? As a seller, you may think it is not necessary because your house shows well, or it is so minimally priced that staging is NOT something you would be able to afford. Before you cast the idea of staging your home aside, please take a look at the following before and afters.
This seller was smart and KNEW that staging this home would show buyers the true potential and living space that this house has to offer. This is something that MOST BUYERS cannot envision when looking at … (6 comments)

staging homes: WILL HOME STAGING HELP SELL MY HOUSE?? - 06/10/08 09:01 PM
In today's market, so many sellers are concerned about the sale of their home so they are turning to their realtors for answers.  The realtors who are teaming up with a professional home stager are providing a valuable service to their clients and therefore  are doing all they could to help  them sell their home.  So will  home staging HELP SELL THE HOME??
ABSOLUTELY, BUT ONLY IF YOU DO THE FOLLOWING:
1. First you MUST LISTEN TO THE EXPERTS. Who are the experts? The realtor and the home stager that will be helping you prepare your home for sale. When … (6 comments)

staging homes: REALTORS, LET'S TALK!! - 06/15/07 06:48 AM
I have seen an upsetting trend lately in this real estate market. It seems that, still, after all the education on Home Staging, after all the positive results on Home Staging and after all the HOUSES THAT SOLD ONCE STAGED, some realtors are STILL NOT USING A HOME STAGER on their listings, WHY??
In the past week, I have received two phone calls from the sellers themselves, inquiring about my services. Each complained about the fact that their home has been on the market for the past 9 months with no offers. Another thing each seller complained about was the fact that … (14 comments)

staging homes: Time to Organize and Recharge, are you ready? - 01/03/07 01:10 PM
First let me start by wishing everyone at AR a Happy, Healthy and Properous New Year!
My goal for New Year's day was simple. I was determined to organize all my receipts and get my books ready for tax time. Well after 10 hours, yes 10 hours, my work was accomplished. I strongly advise all to start sorting and organizing for two reasons.
1. When you see how much you actually spent on marketing and accessories, this will cause you to revamp your marketing strategies as well as shop a little more savvy for accessories.
2. The relief, after the shock wears off, … (25 comments)

staging homes: Realtors this one's for you - 09/17/06 11:39 PM
The market is slower then ever! There are 4-5 Open houses on every corner and phones are just not ringing. These are some of the many comments I hear from realtors today. So what can be done to change that situation? What will make your listing stand out from the competition?A Staged Home Sells! What do I mean by a Staged Home? I don't mean merely a house that has been decluttered. In today's market that house must have all the outdated features replaced. I can go into a home and "Stage" until my heart's content (which it never really is), BUT … (1 comments)
