Did I do the right thing.....a prospective client calls looking to view a property 57 miles from where I am based. I said ...I can help you with that, but I have a few questions first. In discussion it was determined that the gentleman was not pre-qualified and did not wish to speak with a lender because he ‘thinks' his credit is good and it is a waste of time. I explained that this would be a 114 mile round trip for me...I would rather he had spoken with a lender first. He was not moving on this. I advised him … (4 comments)
