Happy New Year... and I know that you did not click through to get information not listed int he title line of this blog.So this will be short and sweet. (well maybe not so sweet, but with some flavor)

I have compiled a graph, below that covers the Carol Stream, Illinois Attached homes (townhouses, etc.) sales for the years from 2005 through November of 2009. I will update with December final closing information next week (the numbers may not all be calculated so far)
