Never mind the comments made by many of the commentors after the article many of them are misinformed.  Just because the written word is in print does not make it accurate.  Since this Halifax Plantation Listing is mine I have done the research on the taxes and actually got an estimate of the insurance from one of my affiliates and it was not even close to the estimates of the other commentators of this News Journal Article.

Coming from the Washington D.C. area the expense of purchasing a home up there and the property taxes for what you get does not compare to the homes of Halifax Plantation in Ormond Beach , Florida.  In other words for Luxury Living Halifax Plantation surrounded by "The Beauty of Old Florida" is a Bargain!

I'm a positive person and when I read these comments they are so negative it just riles me up. After all I am a double Fire Sign. There is a positive side to the Real Estate Market in Florida.
