I have had this idea of having an Art Show in my Listings for quite sometime.   It was the perfect combination for me combining my two loves Art and Selling Beautiful Homes.  Well I made the news and you know giving an interview to a reporter is not an easy undertaking as they really just use sound bites of the total of what you said.

Never mind the comments made by many of the commentors after the article many of them are misinformed.  Just because the written word is in print does not make it accurate.  Since this Halifax Plantation Listing is mine I have done the research on the taxes and actually got an estimate of the insurance from one of my affiliates and it was not even close to the estimates of the other commentators of this News Journal Article.

Coming from the Washington D.C. area the expense of purchasing a home up there and the property taxes for what you get does not compare to the homes of Halifax Plantation in Ormond Beach , Florida.  In other words for Luxury Living Halifax Plantation surrounded by "The Beauty of Old Florida" is a Bargain!

Does anyone out there remember when the interest rates were 18 and 20 %.  Lets get in the real world a mortgae rate in the 6's is fantastic.  And there are many programs out there for First Time Home Buyer's that gets them into a house with the minimum down payment and may time the seller will contribute to closing costs.

Not that the homes in Halifax Plantation A Luxury Golf Course Community will be bought with first time home buyer programs. I'm a positive person and when I read these comments they are so negative it just riles me up. After all I am a double Fire Sign. There is a positive side to the Real Estate Market in Florida.
