Last week I asked if anyone had been backpacking in Arizona. This week I am saying GO BACKPACKING IN ARIZONA! Despite what I thought...Arizona is not a flat state. The hiking was pretty hard with a big elevation gain, spotty trails and rough terrain. All-in-all...totally worth it. This area is the Mazatzal Mountains a bit south of Flagstaff.
