Shopping anyone?  I just went to a store I have never been to before.  The name is Charming Charlie.  Have you heard of it?
Let me walk you thru it . . . everything is presented by color!  Everything in groups, bags, shoes, tops, jewelry and scarves.  This store has tops and dresses only, no pants.
When I went with my friend, Donna, we walked thru the door and just stood there!  There are chandeliers everywhere, who doesn’t love chandeliers!  We spent over 2 hours there shopping, don’t ask how much money, and loved it.

Good morning and happy Friday everyone!
 
Here in Sun City West, Briarwood Country Club,  the desert is waking up slowly.  The sun came up in its beautiful colors over the golf course.  The birds were chirping their favorite song, or at least I think so.  The bunnies where out feasting on my shrubs that aren’t fenced in, everyone has to eat!

I look out the window of my home office, and there he is . . . our resident coyote pup.  He is still afraid of the bunnies, quail or anything that moves.  I am sure that will change in … (2 comments)

Sun City West's Beardsley Park Center construction started April 30, 1984.  This center was budgeted for over 5 million dollars. 

Features are to include a second building that would contain craft rooms for stained glass, copper enameling, china painting, and pottery in Sun City West's Beardsley Park Center.

 
A unique pool with an indoor-outdoor feel was built at this facility in Sun City West's Beardsly Park Center.  To do this they designed large doors along one side to open if desired.  The indoor pool area also has two whirlpools.

I received a call late last night, 10 p.m. from clients.  Their air conditioner had stopped working! Yikes!!
I sold this home to them about 6 months ago.  I made sure they got a home warranty in the contract negotiations.
When my clients called the home warranty company they were told no one would come out until Monday.  My homeowner stated to the company that her husband had a heart condition and the heat bothered him.
Next step, call your agent.

Sun City West was started in 1978 with variety in mind.  To avoid “cookie-cutter” look Del Webb made sure that no two identical houses were built side by side.  There were choices of 3 different elevations offered.

My husband and I just returned from a listing appointment in Sun City Grand.  Previously, we have sold both of Nathan and Michelle’s fathers houses.  They both came to live with them due to the fact they could not take care of themselves.  Both of these gentlemen have left this earth.

As you can see, great strides are being made in solving the Ravensburger puzzle in Sun City West.  They have got the puzzle separated by images.  The people, of Sun City West, are working as a great team.

One of the people what are working on the puzzle told me they anticipate having it finished by next week!

I was having my morning cup of coffee this morning, and saw two little coyote pups going thru my yard in Sun City West.  They started to chew on some weeds and a bunny ran by and scared them, that will soon change.  I did not see the mother around and decided to try to get some pictures.  They went running thru the neighbor’s yards. 
If you click on the picture, you can see the second pup under the tree, look for the ears!

It is a very interesting time of year.  Winter is gone, spring has sprung and summer is approaching.
There will be many graduations of all sorts, High School and College.  Weddings will be on the horizon.
Now, what does all this have to do with Real Estate?  Simple . . . all of the above is done with Team Work.  Not very many people accomplish any of the above without the help of others.

I have had a great day today.  I was invited by my clients to see how they have arranged their new home.
They needed to sell the prior home quickly due to the fact that the husband had lost his job.  They would only be able to stay in their existing home for six more months.  Fortunately, we were able to sell their home in 5 months.
With lots of patience and understanding, they were able to find a home they could pay for in cash with a little left over.
