One of the first questions a potential buyer asks is “Why are they selling?”
There are many answers to this question in the Adult, over 55 communities:
1.    We want a smaller house
2.     We want a bigger house
3.     We want to be on the Golf Course
4.     We want to be closer to the grandchildren
5.     Health reasons
These are all valid reasons for selling a home.  I do think the most important question you should ask is, “Is this home right for me?”

Wow.  I just got off the phone with a supervisor from a large aerospace corporation Credit Union in Washington State. 
Before my client can get his FHA loan, all people involved, Appraiser, Real Estate Agent, Insurance Company, Escrow Officer Etc. must have their names run through a Government data bank.  New FHA rules.
Because I have a common last name, Smith, they needed my middle initial. 
The supervisor then went on to tell me that the Government has a “list”.  If you are on this “list”, they will not give your client a loan.  I then asked this supervisor … (7 comments)
