2. Have you looked into the different communities?
Many people enjoy golf course lots. They like having the open green view, that you don’t have to mow, and the beautiful atmosphere.
There are bonuses living on a golf course lot: Added resale value Neighbors only on 2 sides Possible Lake & Mt. Views
The negatives include: Location – Location – Location – Location · Try not to pick a lot under 200 yards on the right of the fairway. This is where hackers (aka me) slice the ball. · Mower noise in the mornings. Many grounds keepers start as (5 comments)
1. Are you going to take advantage of the activities that are offered in your Arizona retirement community? It’s great having a bowling alley, pickleball, tennis courts, bocce ball, golf courses, metal, wood shops, kilns, swimming pools, etc., but will you use them?
2. How financially sound is the developer or Association of your retirement community in Arizona? There are many questions with this, bottom line is – Do they have financial stability? Carefully examine the annual budgets – look for contingent liabilities – (lawsuits/claims)

I needed a couple of things, new bathing cap for swimming and some ant spray. Now where should I go for these very important items? Bob’s Variety in Sun City West. Every time I enter Bob’s Variety, in Sun City West, I feel like a child again. They have everything you need and lots that you don’t! Who doesn’t need an Arizona snow globe or cactus salt and pepper shakers.

One of my listings has been chosen by Barbara Corcoran to be on the NBC Today Show! I received a call approximately 10 days ago that Barbara Corcoran was interested in using my listing, in Arizona Traditions, for Great Homes for under $500K.
