I was having my morning cup of coffee this morning, and saw two little coyote pups going thru my yard in Sun City West. They started to chew on some weeds and a bunny ran by and scared them, that will soon change. I did not see the mother around and decided to try to get some pictures. They went running thru the neighbor’s yards. If you click on the picture, you can see the second pup under the tree, look for the ears! The annual pool party will be held Friday, 6/8/12, at 6 p.m. at the R.H. Johnson Outdoor pool. The Real Tones, who made their Sun City West debut last, will be the headliners at the pool party. Wow. I just got off the phone with a supervisor from a large aerospace corporation Credit Union in Washington State. Before my client can get his FHA loan, all people involved, Appraiser, Real Estate Agent, Insurance Company, Escrow Officer Etc. must have their names run through a Government data bank. New FHA rules. Because I have a common last name, Smith, they needed my middle initial. The supervisor then went on to tell me that the Government has a “list”.
