I recently had a client call me to help them sell their parents home for them, in Sun City West since they live in New York they will need many things done that they cannot do.
 
Their parents have been moved into a assisted care facility. They have come out and taken all the items out of the Sun City West house that they want and want me to either sell the home with everything or discard it.

The Pickle Ball project, in Sun City West properties, is underway.
 
The Engineers have submitted the results of the grading and drainage report for the Palm Ridge Rec Center tennis courts, in Sun City West.  This report is needed for the final architectural report that is sent to Maricopa County Planning and Development Department.  This reports must is done before the any work can be done to convert the tennis courts to Pickle Ball courts in Sun City West properties.
 
The work to convert these courts will hopefully be done in 2013.

I just returned from taking the dogs for their golf cart ride for the evening and had to share this:

 
 
It is just the icing on the cake today.  I had a wonderful couple come in to my open house that wants to see other Sun City West properties nest week!

As you can see, great strides are being made in solving the Ravensburger puzzle in Sun City West.  They have got the puzzle separated by images.  The people, of Sun City West, are working as a great team.

One of the people what are working on the puzzle told me they anticipate having it finished by next week!

I will let you know when it is finished or better yet, stop by the R.H. Johnson library, in Sun City West.

Every night we take the “children”, my two Standard Poodles, for a golf cart ride.  Last night we went by the Echo Mesa Golf Course in Sun City West.  I thought you might like to see how beautiful the course is now!
