Today Sun City West held it’s annual craft fair. I was surprised when I arrived at 9 a.m. the hundreds of people already there. Fortunately, I got a great spot to park, I traveled there is my golf cart!
I was amased at the talented people that live in the community of Sun City West. As you can see by the pictures there were many clubs represented:

I recently had a client call me to help them sell their parents home for them, in Sun City West since they live in New York they will need many things done that they cannot do.
Their parents have been moved into a assisted care facility. They have come out and taken all the items out of the Sun City West house that they want and want me to either sell the home with everything or discard it.

Sun City West properties will have to deal with frost issues. Our Arizona evenings, in the winter, can bring frost conditions.
What can I do to help my outdoor plants, in my Sun City West property?
When you hear that there will be a frost warning, cover your sensitive plants. This can be done by using a sheet of plastic, bedroom sheet or even towels.
Where should I put my potted plants in a frost situation?
If you can move your plants under the eaves of the house, that will help.

I enjoyed a wonderful evening last night at the Arizona Ballet Under the Stars in Sun City West.
It was a crescent moon, 80 degrees with a slight breeze and perfect. This is the first of a series of outdoor activities at this wonderful venue.

I just finished my favorite thing about Sundays, Brunch!
We enjoyed every minute at Briarwood Country Club in Sun City West. Everyone appeared to be enjoying themselves also.
Brunch is served every Sunday from 10 a.m. – 2 p.m. Briarwood Country Club is located on the corer of 135th Avenue and Meeker Blvd. It was very busy and I would suggest calling ahead for reservations.

Last night we had some wonderful storms that came thru our area.
We live approximately 1 hour away from the Phoenix airport. When the storms come in they will reroute the planes and we are able to see the flight patterns. We were able to watch the pattern change and over 7 planes came in before the storm moved on.
This made me think of business. We all have seen a stormy change in Real Estate. We all want to get to the end result, a home sold.

We just had a small storm that came thru. The wind came up, dust was flying and the trees were swaying.
The skies were blackened and then the thunder and lightening came. It did not last long, but it was exciting.
