Every year, since 1997, to celebrate Independence Day, I have been placing American flags in my neighborhood.
And, this year (as you can clearly see) is no exception.
My husband, Chris, and I placed just over 300 American flags in Oatland Farm Olney MD on Monday. Not only do we feel it's important to celebrate our country's independence, but it's a great way to beautify our community as well as show neighborhood pride.
