Sub prime lenders in trouble?

I was in a continuing education class today and learned of this website www.ml-implode.com.

As an agent who does BPO and REO work, this is very interesting to me as many of these banks and lenders are companies that I get orders from for re-financing and REO properties. I haven't had a chance to look into it very deep but will do so. I wanted to pass it along to my fellow Active Rain people who may be doing work with these lenders.

I did notice that many are going belly - up.
