OK, I got my first listing. ;-} So now the work begins. It is a wonderfull mixed commercial/residential/development property in downtown Abilene, Kansas. It is a big listing, especially for a newbie like me, and it is a complicated one. Nothing like taking a great big bite and jumping in with both feet while holding onto the bulls horns. I love it! Part of the building/s is a hardware store, not a big box store and not a convenience store but something in between, say 10,000 Sq. Ft. roughly. Then there is also a quaint artsy/framing store approximately 1800 Sq. Ft. or so, adjacent … (6 comments)
