Thousand Oaks Eichler SOLD After Staging! - 05/19/09 06:39 PM
Quintessentially Californian, Joseph Eichler created modernist homes throughout California from the 1950's until the mid 1970's.  Recognizable by their open floor-plans and floor-to-ceiling windows, they represent California living at its best.
Stage It In A Day! was contacted by a Realtor that had a vacant Eichler that had been sitting on the market for several months, even after a full-feature article in our local Ventura County newspaper.  She convinced the relocation company to allot some funds for staging and we were granted a limited budget.
