Cold weather in Wisconsin

The past couple of weeks here have been extremely cold. Most people that are not in the business assume all Realtors stop working...those that are in the business know that is not true! We still do business: we are out showing property, doing market evaluations and prospecting. We just have to put on our warm clothes and boots and get out there and get business done and that's what we do! After all..we do choose to live here and now is the time to get out there and prove we are worth the commission!

Overview of 2008.

My company held strong this year. While the market in our area was down 11% we manged to hang strong & be the top company in our area and rise a percent. If you have buyer's interested in lake lots in the Burnett County/Washburn County area now is the time to get them looking. There are a lot of great vacant lots available and at great prices!
