Since beginning my real estate career in earnest back in 2005 I have seen many systems on how to do this business. The franchises have them, albeit a tid bit archaic typically, and that is why they still see some success. Since 2005 I have been a working sales person at "The Big Franchise" and the "Small Mom and Pop" offices. The former of which has been sold because the former owner just didn't have a grasp on any sort of system at all.

I took this picture just after I got done walking our Big Dog Bumbles this morning. Bumbles loves jumping through and eating the snow while I enjoy the Absolute Peace and Quiet. The one good thing about everyones fear of snow here in the Pocono Mountains is that more and more drivers stay off the road. Rest assured if you go for a walk in the community where I live, Arrowhead Lakes, on a snowy morning, you will experience absolute peace and quiet. It is the most amazingly mind clearing activity. Every winter the SNOW enthusiasts crowd into the Pocono Mountains several times during the Winter Season. It kicks off with New Years Eve then quickly runs into Martin Luther King Weekend, followed shortly by Presidents Weekend and other long weekends, most of which you probably already know about.
