One of the biggest quandries that bloggers face is how to use photos appropriately on their blogs. Newbies sometimes make the mistake of thinking that if they see an image on the web, they can appropriate it. No, no, no! That's called theft of intellectual property! More seasoned agents may use photos they pay for by permission. I say "no, no, no" again!
Why pay for images when your phone has a camera and you have access to free online tools such as Picnik.com? Don't do it - "just say no!"I have never paid to use images on the web. You … (7 comments)

Belgatos Park is the neighborhood park for the east Los Gatos neighborhoods of Surmont, Belgatos, and Belwood of Los Gatos. It's also a "regular" Town of Los Gatos park but a large one. So it tends to draw people from well beyond the immediate area's boundaries.Not only is Belgatos Park big, it's got a lot of things going for it. This week I was so busy with my real estate practice here in Silicon Valley that I'm just glad I got in a daily post on my blog, Live in Los Gatos. Most days were long, with multiple appointments. I had a couple of sales, and it was another week without a full day off. I tell myself that it's like being a farmer when the crops are good: count your blessings, don't grumble, reap the harvest while you can.But today I only worked a half day and the rest was off.
