While sale prices were down in Grand Bay North for the month of June, Actual sales were up. We have the lowest inventory we have had in the past 14 months, which should help those sales prices.

We have already closed more sides this month than we have since July 2008!!!! We also closed more in June 2009 than we did in June 2008 (sides & volume). That's the second month in a row that we beat last year's month! Great work!!!
