Pratt Homes model home grand opening

Barrie's new home market is booming.  Pratt Homes is the only home builder in Barrie offering townhomes, condos and detached home options in four separate and highly desirable locations.

Seven model homes from the East Side Village II community (in Barrie's North End close to Johnson’s Beach) and the Southwoods community (in the South End at 213 Harvie Road off Veterans road) will be available for viewing on Saturday, September 22, 2012.

New homebuyers considering a move to Barrie, are likely looking a new vs. resale because for the first time in a very long time new home prices are relatively more reasonable than resale.  Today, a new 4-bedroom townhome with main floor hardwood, stainless steel appliances and registration for a Tarion New Home Warranty is available for $254,990.  Resale homes at the same price level come without the warranty and usually require som renovations.  Simply put, now is a great time to purchase a new home in Barrie!
